Ordering Procedures
Thank you for purchasing a VSA shirt! Here's the procedure on when our shirts are made and when you'll be receiving them! After each pre-order deadline (found below), you'll receive your shirts a week afterwards during the General Meeting of that week.
General meetings are on Tuesday from 12:00pm - 1:00pm, also known as U-Hour. If you can't pick up your shirt during that time, You'll be able to pick it up that following Thursday from 12:00pm - 1:00pm in the BSC ( Bronco Student Union ). If none of those times are available for you, feel free to contact any one of our Executive Board members through Facebook, or simply just as them at school.

For External Orders (Orders purchased by people outside of Cal Poly Pomona)
Unfortunately we will not be shipping any of our clothing. So in order to pick your shirts up, you have a few options. If none of these options work for you, feel free to contact any of our E-Board members.
- Have your ICC pick it up at the next ICC meeting on Sundays in Garden Grove. Our ICC, Jayson Lee will be distributing the shirts before/after the meeting.
- Contact one of our E-Board members to bring your shirts to any of the upcoming UVSA events.
- If there are any other events coming up soon and if you know any of our E-Board members that will be attending, feel free to contact them to bring your shirts.
